  Megan Kulage waited on my daughter Gillian Trover at the front register of the McDonald's in Highland, IL 62249 on November 25, 2016 at 8:30 pm. I have been attempting to teach my daughter how to order food and pay and many other things. My daughter was not doing a very good job of ordering and paying that particular night. My guess is she was having problems focusing because we had just left a Christmas parade and McDonald's was very busy. Megan politely and patiently assisted my daughter with the order and the money. This was just one time that Megan assisted my daughter. I didn't know Megan worked at McDonald's until we saw her at the register that night. My daughter is about 5 years younger than Megan. Around a year and a half ago my daughter was fortunate enough to spend some time with Megan. Megan set a VERY good example for my daughter in so many different ways. The brief moment that Megan assisted my daughter at McDonald's was a microcosm of that time.
